Hispec Interconnectable Ionization Smoke Alarm - 9v Battery Back-up

The Hispec Smoke and Heat Alarms are supplied in attractive bar coded colour packaging and benefit from having a Euroslot which allows them to be put on display for maximum impact. Each product is supplied with a unique ‘First Fix’ base. This enables the installer to complete the wiring before the plasterers and painters coat the surface without interfering with the detector’s circuitry.

At the second fix stage the installer just completes the final connection without the need for tools. If the Electrician is obliged to install the wiring from the side of the unit then we recommend using our general purpose pattress, catalogue number HSA/PA.

Designed with ample knock-outs your customers will find that installation is quick and cost effective.This interconnectable feature allows up to 40 of our Heat Alarms and / or Smoke Alarms to be connected together over a 150 metre distance, using the single white wire, and thus allowing all of the alarms on the circuit to sound when any one of them is activated.
